Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. We do not store or process full payment card details on our own servers.
Carrier Liability
Birdchime offers customers the option to receive transactional SMS order status notifications. This is a completely voluntary service — no customer is required to provide their phone number to complete a purchase.
Customers who wish to receive SMS order updates may choose to enter their phone number in the clearly marked optional phone number field on the cart page at https://shop.birdchime.com. Consent is given freely and voluntarily by entering the phone number alongside the opt-in disclosure clearly visible on the cart page at the time of collection.
If you choose to opt in, you will only receive the following transactional messages:
- Order Confirmation
- Fulfillment Updates
- Ready for Pickup Notifications
- Delivery Updates
- Order Status Changes
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under any circumstances.
Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on order activity. You may receive multiple messages per order depending on the number of status updates.
Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you choose to opt in again.
